North Central Electric Cooperative also offers low interest loans for the purchase and installation of grain aeration equipment. Farmers can borrow up to $3,000 at 6% interest for a grain aeration system. The loan is repaid on the monthly electric bill. Applicants must have a good credit rating with the cooperative to qualify for the grain drying loan. North Central Electric Cooperative has special low rates for qualifying grain aeration systems.
